从生产、科研、贸易三方面分析广东省高新技术产业发展情况,构建较为系统科学的包括内部生产、投入、产出要素及外部经济、政策、教育要素在内的广东省高新技术产品出口竞争力影响因素体系。基于广东省高新技术产品贸易竞争力指数,结合广东省高新技术产品出口竞争力影响因素模型,运用岭回归分析法,提取相对重要性影响因素。研究表明,科技论文发表篇数、企业数、普通高等学校在校学生数、1-3年期央行贷款基准利率四项指标对广东省高新技术产品出口竞争力影响较为显著。提出以广东省高新技术产业内部发展为主,外部改善为辅,协同促进广东省高新技术产品出口竞争力提升的建议。

This research aims to analysis Guangdong high-tech industrial development situation through three aspects of production,scientific research and international trading. Theoretically,this research refers the achievements of scholars from both domestic and foreign,and constructs a scientific and systematic system about factors affecting export competitiveness of Guangdong's High-tech Products,in terms of internal factors,such as production,input and output,as well as external factors,such as economic,policy and education. In practice,combining the system about factors affecting export competitiveness of Guangdong's high-tech products and the trade competition index,synthetically uses ridge regression analysis to extract relative importance factors. This research showed that the number of published scientific papers,enterprises,students of common colleges and universities and the central bank benchmark lending rate for 1-3years have strong association with high-tech products export competitiveness. Integrating empirical research and development of successful experience abroad,it suggested that developing Guangdong's high-tech industry mainly based on internal factors and partially based on external factors to promote the Guangdong high-tech products export competitiveness.
